Dr. Suchindran "Chat" Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. “Chat” Chatterjee holds a Ph.D. in Software Documentation from Vanderbilt University, and advanced degrees in Aeronautical Engineering, English, Technical Communication/Linguistics, and M.B.A. in Information Systems Management/Accounting/Finance. Over his long dual corporate and academic career he has managed corporate/military budgets of over $10 Billion. Since 1988, he has served as the top Technology Executive or CEO, strategic thought leader, at five large organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, three of the world’s top ten insurance companies and largest banks where he was responsible for I/T planning, program management, strategy and direction, and strict contract control. There he built the complex technical architecture and design while intertwining business and I/T goals through improvement of technical and operating processes. He is a renowned instructor in Total Quality Management (TQM), Model-Netics, and Six-Sigma. In recognition of his achievement as an I/T Executive, he received the Premier 100 I/T Executive of the Year 2003 award from Computerworld Magazine on February 25, 2003. Since 1972 he has taught Information Technology, Networking, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Management, and English at the undergraduate and graduate levels at many major US universities. He is native fluent in six world languages.

Jean Cousin, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Jean Cousin, 66, is the inventor of the Kender technology. Jean taught robotics and electronics for 13 years and worked on low-temperature engines at Alcatel for 10 years. He also worked in various research labs (Centre National d'Etudes des Télécommunications...) for 8 years and was regional director at Datelec for 5 years.

Sean Kelly, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sean Kelly, 43, CEO and founder of StockTargets Ltd, an investment banking firm, specialized in early stage companies. In the past, Sean has worked, mostly as a financial analyst, for LODH & Cie, the well known Swiss Bank, Bank SCS Alliance, Bank Edmond de Rothschild’s and the brokerage firm SG Warburg. He has been a columnist for the financial press and a radio host.

Arthur Secret, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Arthur Secret, 39, started his career as a computer programmer at the European Organization for Nuclear Research. He has worked as a computer programmer, salesman and in managerial positions within several financial institutions and IT companies. Arthur is an alumnus of the Web Consortium at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
